PT Yenher Agro Produksi Indonesia (PT YAPI) mulai beroperasi pada tanggal 1 Maret 2019 setelah mengambil alih PT Lito Bina Medikantara yang telah berusia lebih dari 30 tahun di Indonesia.

Untuk saat ini PT YAPI sebagai trader terhadap produk vaksin, antibiotik, desinfektan, vitamin, obat alami (herbal) dan premix. Untuk masa yang akan datang direncanakan akan memperoduksi premix sendiri di Indonesia.

PT YAPI memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan PT Yenher Agro Product (YAP) Sdn. Bhd. Penang Malaysia.
